Our Dedication to Sustainability

Our vision is to spearhead the art world’s green revolution by uniting and elevating sustainable artists. Our goal is to transform sustainable creation into the standard, not just a novelty.

Sustainable creation is a somewhat new and evolving concept. What does it really mean to be sustainable? Our current definition is art that includes one or all of the following criteria:

1) Materials: Repurposed, all natural, plant-based, and/or non-toxic materials.

2) Process: Reduction of waste or zero waste. Proper disposal of any harmful materials.

3) Subject Matter: A climate-oriented message.

Art can be extremely wasteful and most tools are highly toxic to our environment and our bodies so our primary concerns when creating sustainably is reducing waste and minimizing toxic chemicals used. We also believe the best way to make an impact on the environment is through collective effort; hence, an art piece that can change the minds of many by provoking thought about our environment and ecological footprint is equally important as eco-friendly processes and materials.
